Answered between eleven and five, Thursday to Sunday
Party tubs, a flavour you want putting by, a box that turned up soft, or a question about what is in it. All of it comes to the same two people.
One form, no robot
We read these at the end of the day and reply the next morning we are open.
It is still £7.00 a tub and it is back on Saturday 14 March 2026. Put your name down and you get one message the morning it goes back in the freezer, with a day to order before it reappears on the flavour page.
Party tubs
A party tub is about twelve scoops and comes with a beech scoop and a stack of paper cups if you ask. Give us two days so it can be churned rather than pulled out of the freezer, and tell us how many people — forty is three tubs, not two, whatever anyone says.
We will bring it to the hall on the Friday if it is inside twelve miles, for the usual £4.80.
Fetes and school halls
£180 brings the van, two of us and about three hundred cones to a fete inside twelve miles of Puddleport, and you keep whatever you charge for them. We have done the Nettlefold summer fair every year since 2016 and have never once run out, though 2023 was close.
Book it at least a month ahead. Saturdays in July and August go first, obviously.
Five of them, answered in the order they come up at the counter.
Ask Flump
The next morning we are open, so a message sent on Monday is answered on Thursday. If it is about a delivery already booked for this Saturday, ring 01998 44 20 18 instead — the form is not fast enough for that.
No. You tell us what you want, we reply with a total and a slot, and you pay at the hatch or on the doorstep when it arrives. Card or cash, both fine.
Photograph it the same day, pick “something arrived soft or wrong” on the form above, and we remake the whole box on the next churn and bring it out for nothing. Do not refreeze it in the meantime — it will be gritty and you will think less of us.
Inside the twelve miles, yes, and we will write whatever you like on the card on top. Outside it, no — it would not arrive frozen and we are not going to post you something that turns up as soup.
Sometimes. Mango Somersault was somebody’s message in 2022 and it has been on the list ever since. We will not do Marmite, and we have been asked four times.
No form, no reply, no waiting. Eleven o’clock, Thursday to Sunday, until the tubs run out.
